Tormey Classic Pictures – Classics Of The Past
Here’s the latest picture entries from cousin Mike Scarry. The first is one of the better action pictures from the Costa Del Sol Course — what a sand shot!

The second photo is cousins Mike Scarry and Steve Neitzel at the golf course parking lot. Check out those pants! Also, it was nice of them to paint the car Kelly Green for the Classic!
Finally, this has to be the oldest photo of the Scarry/Tormey clan. It was taken in our parent’s front yard at the Downey house. I’m going to try and give the names, so from Left to Right we have yours truly, standing right in front of Grandpa Scarry, who looks like he’s standing in front of Mary (Scarry) Tormey, Next to her is Richard Tormey. Next to Richard is Tom Tormey, and in front of Tom is cousin Pat Scarry. Next to Pat is Mary Beth (Scarry) Neitzel, and striking the pose in front, Number 48, Mike Scarry. Behind Mike is brother Bill Tormey, who of course is surrounding himself with our beautiful cousins, Mary on the Left and Susan (Scarry) Volande on the Right. Next to Sue is our brother Don Tormey, with little cousin Ricky Scarry on his shoulders. In front of Don is the youngest of our family, our brother Timothy Tormey. Just to the right of this three and peeking over the shoulder of my uncle is Grandma, Martha Scarry. Last, but certainly not least, is Uncle Dick, Richard Scarry. My dad, Bob Tormey, must be taking the photo, but it could also be one of two others not pictured, our brother Bob Tormey and our sister Kathy (Tormey) Clark. I hope I got everyone named correctly, otherwise I’ll be buying a lot of drinks at this year’s Classic!
I think this photo submission from brother, Bob Tormey is in the running for the oldest Tormey Classic photo. We’ve identified it as the Second Annual Tormey Classic, March 1983! So far Bob has got the oldest photo, unless someone out there has a photo from the very first Tormey Classic!
